Cultural Assurance
To implement cultural change in the workplace, it is important to know the current state of an organisation. This will provide the evidence that an organisation needs in order to move forward. The cultural assurance will enable an organisation to build a responsiveness plan to implement the desired outcomes.
How does it work?
Meet with representative ( s ) / fact find to determine scope of project
Meet with executive team and decide on the audit framework
Analysis of the current state through personal interviews, survey and online assessment
Collate information and feed to executive team
Interrogate data gathered through focus group meetings
Collate information and feed to executive team
Develop responsiveness plan
Present final report to executive team

How does it work?
